MediVault privacy policy

Information you provide

• Account information such as mobile number and authentication/session information when a working backend is configured.
• Health information you enter or import, including medications, medical documents, consultation notes, and profile information.
• Camera images or selected files used for scanning or import.
• Consultation audio when a doctor deliberately uses AI Scribe recording.

How information is used

Information supports record organization, medication tools, document scanning, consultation notes, authentication, security, and user-requested support. Health information is not sold or used for advertising.

Permissions and network services

MediVault uses camera access for document scanning and microphone access for doctor-facing recording. It does not request broad legacy storage access. Android cloud backup is disabled and screenshots are blocked. Backend or AI features can transmit the information required for a user-requested operation. Authentication fails closed when no verified production API or SMS provider is configured.

Retention and deletion

You may remove records from the app. A public release will not be submitted until production account deletion, backend deletion, consent, retention, provider, and residency behavior have been independently verified and accurately documented.

Children, medical limits, and contact
