SetMinded privacy policy

Training data lives on your device first. If you create a cloud account, it syncs over encrypted connections to infrastructure controlled by SetMinded, scoped to your user ID, and is never sold or used for advertising.

What we collect

• Email address and display name for optional sign-in and sync.
• Workouts, sets, routines, personal records, body measurements, notes, and recommendations you create.
• Data from files you explicitly import; those files are parsed on device.

Pre-release builds contain no analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or trackers.

Purchases and storage

Google Play processes an optional one-time supporter purchase. RevenueCat receives the token and identifiers needed to validate and restore it. SetMinded does not receive payment-card or bank details. The primary data copy remains in local app storage. Optional sync uses a private AWS environment with Amazon Cognito and Amazon RDS PostgreSQL in us-east-1.

Retention and deletion

Training history remains while an account is open. Deleting training data removes it from the device immediately and from the cloud database within 30 days. Account deletion removes the account and associated training data within 30 days. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 35 additional days, after which those backups expire.

Health Connect

If enabled, SetMinded may read sleep sessions and write exercise sessions. Health Connect information stays on device, is excluded from cloud sync, and is removed when you uninstall or use Settings → Health Connect → Forget health data. SetMinded does not request reproductive-health data, steps, body weight, nutrition, or location from Health Connect and does not use Health Connect data for advertising.

Your controls

• Export full-fidelity JSON or CSV in Settings.
• Delete training data in Settings → Danger zone.
• Edit records in the app.
• Use the account-deletion instructions for full account removal.
